Fundamental principle of SocialWork 2.0 mission and actions is the universal and inalienable right to work.

The job environment modifications have radically changed the production system, expectations of young generations who are facing to it first time and the outlook of those who, for various reasons, have difficulty or have lost their job: entry and stay into a job position are having structurally different characteristics than in the past, with access conditions, in particular, marked by extreme flexibility and constant insecurity.

SocialWork 2.0 social enterprise plans to increase and encourage the widest possible dissemination and development of “Social Work” and “Work into social environment”, defined as a conscious and respectful approach of the above described aspects, outside of any personal speculative or profit logic, on complete impartiality and political and economical independence, operating through the Third Sector, Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Volunteer, through aggregation and social cohesion, taking an intensive and extensive use of digital technologies, and in particular tools and methodologies defined as Web 2.0, facilitating working groups methodology, participatory planning and active citizenship, with low impact on environment and high efficiency, lightness and directness in communication, less travel, less paper, less time spent on non productive activities
