When you decide to organise a conference with EAI, we will provide all the necessary support and we will cover all publication costs.
Thanks to state-of-the-art digital publishing tools, EAI Proceedings are published within two weeks from the delivery of all the necessary information.
All proceedings are submitted for inclusion – and established conferences continue to be included – in leading indexing services, including Ei Compendex, ISI Web of Science, Scopus, CrossRef, Google Scholar, DBLP, and more.
All authors get an opportunity to be published with Open Access, bringing higher exposure for their research and improving dissemination capabilities.
All accepted papers get the opportunity to publish an extended version in EAI/Springer Book Series or in one of EAI Transactions in a fast track.
EAI Proceedings are published online via EUDL – European Union Digital Library alongside hundreds of proceedings in cooperation with world’s leading scientific societies and publishers.
