Through its institutional members, EAI endorses hundreds of events around the world as one of the largest scientific meetings support. EAI is involved in the technical program development of events including scientific meetings, trade events, training workshops, seminaries, fairs, and other programs worldwide.

EAI supports the development of Innovation through meetings by integrating the conventional events, dissemination with EAI Inno-sphere tools which merge the event with a virtual web-based support that includes

- Open access options to reach out millions of people, such as
- EUDL — the central repository of all scientific content published under the different avenues of EAI publications.
