These conferences come with an existing reputation, academic community, and publication track record — making it easier to attract submissions and deliver impact from day one.
How to Apply for Full Sponsorship
Starting the process is simple. Once you express interest, EAI will guide you step by step to establish the collaboration:
- Submit a brief proposal using the initial application form: Share basic details about your planned conference, including the topic, team, and timeline.
- Receive feedback and discuss next steps with EAI: Your proposal will be reviewed, and you will be contacted by email with feedback and a proposed path forward. In most cases, you will be invited to a short call to discuss the collaboration in more detail.
- Complete the full Sponsorship Application Form (SAF): After the call, you will be asked to fill in a comprehensive SAF to formalize the proposal and begin the collaboration.
