How does the EAI Conference Pass work?
Getting access to EAI conferences with the EAI Conference Pass is simple and flexible — here is how it works, step by step:
1. Purchase your Conference Pass: Select the option that fits your needs — Single, Double, or All Pass — and select the number of passes required.
2. Select your conferences: You can indicate which EAI conferences you wish to attend during checkout. If you are not ready to decide, that is completely fine — you can finalize your choices anytime before September 15, 2025 by contacting us at registration@eai.eu.
3. Finish purchase and receive confirmation: Once your selections are confirmed, you will receive an email with your registration details. Should you need to make any changes later, simply contact us at registration@eai.eu and we will be happy to assist.
4. Attend the Conference(s): Enjoy full access to your selected EAI conference(s), including all sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities, whether attending online or in person.

In the event that a selected conference is rescheduled or cancelled, you will have the option to transfer your attendance to another eligible EAI conference of your choice within the same calendar year.
Yes, the Conference Pass is valid for the 2025 conference season only. It must be used within the same calendar year and cannot be carried over to future years.
Passes are non-transferable. They are registered to the individual purchaser and cannot be reassigned once confirmed.

In urgent or exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All approved refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee and applicable administrative charges. For further assistance, please contact registration@eai.eu.
