The European Alliance for Innovation (EAI) is a global non-profit ICT research organisation. We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing & Communications Associate to join our team in Bratislava and support the growth of our conferences, publications, and community outreach activities.

Specific responsibilities include:

•        Supporting the planning and execution of digital marketing communication activities to promote EAI conferences and publications, contribute to community building, and strengthen brand awareness and corporate relations;

•        Assisting in the management of email marketing campaigns, including scheduling, audience segmentation, drafting and editing written content, and maintaining formatting and visual layout;

•        Contributing to the evaluation of marketing communication efforts to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy, and assisting in reporting campaign results on a regular basis;

•        Editing and uploading content to EAI websites, including proofreading, fact-checking, and layout and formatting maintenance using WordPress;

•        Supporting social media management across EAI’s platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring performance metrics.
