How do I reset my password on my EAI account?

Resetting a password is very simple. When trying to login, click underneath the fields on “Forgot your password?”.

You will receive a message to the email address you used for registration which will guide you through the password reset process.

If you have not received the message and have more than one account, please check the email addresses of all of them to prevent misunderstandings.
