When are the proceedings of my conference going to be published in Springer?

The publication process starts once all the accepted papers at the conference had their camera-ready version uploaded. The publication chair is responsible for validating these papers again and if some issues occur, he needs to contact the authors and find a solution with them.

After all the camera-ready papers have been validated inside Confy+, the EAI publication associate will send the proceedings proposal to the publisher. There it is validated again.

Once the publisher has received the proceedings draft, it usually takes between 8-10 weeks before the proceedings are published.

Every author with a paper inside the proceedings is automatically notified, once the proceedings are available. There is also a time window, in which the author has access to the entirety of the proceedings.
