This November, Dubai becomes the meeting point for artists, technologists, designers, and researchers from across the globe. EAI ArtsIT 2025 will offer three unforgettable days of keynotes, talks, papers, performances, and networking – all at the intersection of art, creativity, and innovation in interactive technologies.

14th EAI International Conference: ArtsIT, Interactivity & Game Creation – EAI ArtsIT 2025 takes place on:

Here’s what to expect as the programme of unfolds:

Day 1 - Friday, November 7: Opening & First Encounters

The conference begins with registration and a warm opening session before setting the tone with first Keynote by Prof. Elizabeth Churchill, a leading figure in human–computer interaction and design research.

The morning continues with an inspiring talk from Prof. Anthony Brooks, whose work bridges rehabilitation, play, and digital creativity.

After lunch and networking, the afternoon dives into research presentations:

  • Two parallel sessions, each with six papers
  • Later, additional sessions with three papers per track
 

The evening closes in style with a Gala Dinner (7:00 – 9:30PM) – a chance to meet colleagues, forge connections, and exchange ideas in an informal setting.

Day 2 - Saturday, November 8: Keynotes, Performances & Exploration

Day two opens with second Keynote by Prof. Michel van Dartel, known for his work at the intersection of art, design, and technology.

The day is rich with paper presentations:

  • Morning sessions with five papers per track
  • Afternoon sessions featuring ten more papers across both rooms

During lunch, participants can also engage with poster presentations, offering further insight into emerging projects and ideas.

The highlight of the afternoon is a performance session (5:30 – 6:30PM) – blending scholarship and artistry in a live, embodied form.

As night falls, delegates gather for a unique Dinner Cruise (8:00 – 10:30PM), experiencing Dubai’s skyline and culture while continuing the conversations sparked during the day.

Day 3 - Sunday, November 9: Reflection & Looking Ahead

The final day is dedicated to consolidating insights and setting future directions.

The morning features:

  • Two parallel tracks with five papers each
  • A final panel discussion (11:30AM – 1:00PM) – an open forum where experts and participants debate the critical challenges and opportunities at the frontier of art and interactive technology.

After lunch, the event draws to a close with the Closing Ceremony and Awards (2:00 – 2:30PM), celebrating outstanding contributions and projects from across the conference.
