The position of Editor-in-Chief of EAI Endorsed Transactions on e-Learning is now held by Dr. Rossitza Goleva, marking a new chapter in the journal’s leadership.
Dr. Goleva holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia. With over 30 years of academic and research experience, she has worked at the Telecommunications Research Institute, the Technical University of Sofia, and since 2017 at New Bulgarian University, where she became Associate Professor in 2022.
Her research focuses on communication networks, QoS, cloud and fog computing, IoT, and performance analysis. She is an author of 100+ publications, led and contributed to over 30 research projects, and played key roles in EU initiatives such as COST Action AAPELE and the Erasmus+ “INHABITAT” program. An active Vice Chair of IEEE-Bulgaria, she also consults for major tech companies and European Commission programs.
We are pleased to welcome Dr. Goleva as EiC of EAI Endorsed Transactions on e‑Learning, a peer‑reviewed, open‑access journal published three times a year by the European Alliance for Innovation. It covers the evolving e‑learning landscape—including online, mobile, cloud, hybrid and virtual lab environments.
Additionally, Dr. Goleva recently served as Program Co-Chair of the 4th EAI Conference on Computer Science and Education in Computer Science (EAI CSECS 2025) conference.
