We are seeking a Director of Community and Strategic Partnerships to lead engagement and strategic growth within EAI’s global ICT research and professional community of over 250,000 professionals.This role combines data-driven community management, partnership development, team leadership, and strategic planning to strengthen collaboration across academia and industry worldwide.
Community Strategy & Development
• Lead EAI’s global community strategy, and EAI’s online community platform focusing on membership growth, engagement, and collaboration.
• Using marketing expertise analyze engagement data to identify trends, measure impact, and convert into strategic decisions.
• Work with EAI teams providing community services including conferences and publications to bring revenue growth through community tools based engagement.
• Oversee researcher recognition programs, awards, and community-led initiatives.Marketing & Communication
• Lead and coordinate teams working on marketing and community engagement.
• Ensure alignment between EAI services including conference, publications, marketing, and community strategies to maximize visibility and impact, leading to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with community leaders on community expansion and ecosystem development
.• Develop targeted messaging and outreach strategies to strengthen EAI brand, name recognition and global visibility.
• Use data insights to guide communication and engagement campaigns.Strategic Partnerships

Personality requirements and skills
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Communications, Business, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in team management, business development, marketing
• Experience with data analytics and community platforms a plus.
• Excellent command of English (C2 level).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
