Job description, responsibilities and duties

The European Alliance for Innovation (EAI), the largest European professional society in Information sciences and engineering, is looking to expand its marketing team. If you are a Marketing specialist with at least 2 years’ experience with marketing campaignsdigital content management tools and are interested in helping with EAI’s representation on social channels  supporting the growth of its community, we definitely would like to hear from you.

Primary Focus: Brand Oriented Community Building

We’re looking for someone who excels at community growth and branding. Your main goal will be to engage and expand the EAI network through strategic marketing, creative campaigns, and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Growth & Engagement

​Support and implement strategies to grow and engage the global EAI community.

​Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to boost outreach and visibility.

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

​Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web.

​Analyze and optimize campaign performance using A/B testing and tracking tools.

​Manage content across platforms to ensure brand consistency.

Content Creation

​Write and manage monthly newsletters, blog posts, and social media content.

​Develop copy for marketing materials, including conference and journal promo campaigns.

​Maintain and update the company website content using WordPress.​

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in community building with a focus on engagement and brand growth strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of branding and communication design.
  • Digital marketing expertise across multiple channels (email, social media, PPC, etc.).
  • Experience in campaign optimization throughA/B testing,tracking, andROI analysis.
  • Proficiency insocial media managementandemail marketing platforms.
  • Strongcontent marketing skills, including copywriting proofreading, fact-checking, and formatting using WordPress.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

General Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing or related role.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven and comfortable with fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
