Can I submit my paper to more than one conference?

It is not permitted to submit your paper to more than one conference / journal simultaneously. Papers that were submitted like this risk being rejected in the validation process by the system.

After you receive a decision from one conference, rejecting your paper, you are allowed to try submitting to another conference.

Papers that were already published can not be submitted again.
