I am a general / program chair of a conference using Confy+. What are my responsibilities?

In short, the responsibilities of a General Chair are to bring together a committee, find sponsors and make everything in their power to make a successful event for every participant.
Program Chairs deal mostly with the technical aspects of the conference. They are leading the Technical Program Committee, which is responsible for delivery of reviews. It is also their responsibility to operate with the event inside Confy+.
