I can not upload the Camera-Ready version of my paper. What can I do?

Please make sure that you have paid the registration fee for your paper. In order to be able to upload the Camera-Ready version, at least one of the authors needs to fill the registration form, select the Full Author Package and select the paper in the list.

Make sure that your payment has been successful.

Only after the payment has been received by EAI will the system allow you to upload the Camera-Ready version of your paper. If it was not received, the issue can lie with the payment method.

If you paid with a stripe, it should not take longer than a few hours.

Have you chosen the wire transfer method, please make sure you filled the payment order with all the necessary information like: Name of the registrant, email of the registrant, acronym of the conference and paper ID.

Contact us at finances@eai.eu with the date of your payment, name of the institution / payer, registrant name, conference acronym and the amount that you paid if you still have issues.

If your payment is all right but you still can not upload the Camera-Ready version, please make a screenshot of the issue and send it to us with a description of the problem at support@eai.eu.
