I did not receive an invoice for my registration payment

Make sure that your payment has been processed by your bank / stripe and that it was received by EAI. The invoice is only generated once the payment has been processed and the amount received.

If you believe everything is all right but you still have not received your invoice, please contact us at support@eai.eu with a proof of payment, name of the institution that payed, name of the registrant, paper ID (if applicable) and the acronym of the conference.
