I have received an error in Confy+. What do I need to do?

It is recommended to first try refreshing the page (usually by pressing control+R simultaneously) and see if the error persists.

Should the error appear again, please take a note what you were doing when it appeared and take a fullscreen screenshot of Confy+. This means that the whole Confy+ window is visible, together with the email of the user logged in the upper right corner and the error message.

Please send the description of what happened together with the screenshot to support@eai.eu.
