My paper has been accepted. How can I register for a conference?
If you have received an acceptance letter, please take a look inside. It contains the information on how to register your paper at the conference.
It is simple, navigate to the webpage of the conference and click on “Registration”. Scroll down a bit and click on “Register”.
The registration formular will appear and you need to fill this out. Important part is selecting the correct Registration package.
If you want to register a paper, you need to select the Full author registration package and select the paper(s) that you wish to register. At least one of the authors needs to register the papers like this. Only paid, registered papers can be sent for publishing. After you register this way, you will unlock the option in Confy+ to upload the Camera-ready version of your paper. This is the final version.
In the case of you being a co-author of an already registered paper but wish to attend, you can select the co-author package, which does not allow you to register any paper. This package can chosen only if you are an author of one of the accepted papers.
You may also be a non-author, just interested in the conference. In that case we recommend you choose the non-author package.
Once you register and cover the fees, you are covered and you may participate at the conference.
