A Sponsorship from EAI is basically a form of collaboration between EAI and the conference organising committee. A specific type of sponsorship includes a different spectrum of services EAI offers and responsibilities EAI takes over. EAI Sponsorships are not monetary and differ based on an agreement between the two parties organising an event together. We differentiate between following Sponsorships:

Full Sponsorship

EAI offers the full sponsorship to its collaborators and internal conferences by taking over the financial responsibility for the event. In return the EAI is also responsible for registration process, fee gathering, marketing, paper management, providing a review platform, website and logo creation, promotion of the event, calls for papers, venue management, publication services and more. Naturally the details can be discussed and EAI is flexible in fulfilling the needs of our partners to the satisfaction of both parties.

Technical Sponsorship

A strong backing of an established academic society is often viewed as a guarantee of quality and success. Technical Sponsorship contains the use of EAI brand, the name and logo. You can still hire our services, if you would be interested. Check our price list.
