Technical Sponsorship
Conference proceedings are a key part of academic publishing, enabling the exchange of research, insights, and emerging trends. They ensure long-term visibility and help bridge collaboration between academia and industry.
The European Alliance for Innovation offers technical sponsorship for conferences, providing the opportunity to publish the proceedings in indexed book series and to affiliate your event with the EAI brand. With 1,000+ proceedings already published, EAI provides a credible publishing platform for high-quality research.
Majority of EAI external proceedings are open access and available through the European Union Digital Library (EUDL), which receives 1.2 million monthly viewers. Additionally, EAI promotes proceedings to its global network of 250,000+ researchers and professionals, ensuring broad reach, visibility, and citation potential.
By publishing with EAI, you become part of a global, community-driven society that proves openness, fairness, and quality can thrive together. As a non-profit organization, EAI is committed to removing barriers for researchers by sponsoring research activities and lowering publication fees where possible.
